One of my favorite Buckle locations! The employees at this Killeen mall location are very helpful and attentive – – great customer service. This store is always fully stocked with the newest arrivals, and I almost always purchase something whenever I walk in.

Went into the store to buy New Years outfits and nobody helped us. Staff pretty much ignored us and helped other customers. The store was a complete disaster. We waited in line for 10-15 minutes while the girl at the counter helped someone shop and pick out pants. When another person came to help she called a friend she knew who was behind us and helped him first. Love the store but the poor customer service ruined it for me.
