I love this location! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! Especially the design team! But today I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany Elliot. One of the very best experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I was frustrated and needing help figuring out a solution and quickly, so I could get back to the project with the supplies. I didn’t realize she was about to leave for lunch when she jumped in to help me. She helped choose what I needed and resolved my problem. I tried to insist she could hand me off to someone else to go search the warehouse area for the tile I needed so she could go to lunch, but instead she insisted on helping. She took the time to help me choose the exact color variations of each tile to match the other, walked me to the front register, and even walked me to my car and help me load it. She spent 45 minutes with me though it delayed her lunch break! She was very pleasant and kind. I’m blown away by such fantastic customer service! I hope her manager and corporate gives her the commendation she deserves! Thank you so much Brittany!
