The buying experience (sales department) was very good. Team was easy to work with, courteous, and timely. However, installation of a 5th wheel hitch adapter (sidewinder) was part of the purchase agreement and parts were not in stock. I have called several times to get an update. Each time I have been told either there is no estimated date, or the person able to help me would contact me later- which has yet to happen. Very pleased with my new camper- not pleased that it remains at Gander RVs parking lot because the agreed upon parts have been unavailable for 10 days and counting with no end in sight.

Our sales person was Chris Wallis! He was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. So helpful, answered all of our questions. If he didn’t know the answer he found out and didn’t just say what he thought. Very personable and respectful!! All the staff spoke and was very friendly. Would highly recommend them. Had other experiences with other Camping Worlds but this is the best in Dothan, AL. Store so clean and well organized.. 5 stars!!!
