Voertmans is the absolute best place to rent or purchase textbooks. Last term I had an issue with an online subscription. I went to the store and the manager was able to assist me – not only that he upgraded my subscription! This term, my money was not going to hit on the rental date that was due – I contacted the store and they immediately changed it. I have never received this experience at the UNT on site bookstore. The one time I had to use it, I received disrespect and terrible service. I appreciate Voertmans and will always use them. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and work with the student!
