I’m not going to talk negatively about the dealership because the dealership did not string me along and waste my time, but the salesman did. I hope management sees this review and discuss better training with the salesperson that I had. After I told the salesman and the sales manager that we had test drove the vehicle multiple times and were sure that we wanted it and I also wanted to do everything through email and text, but was basically lured in on coming into the dealership and basically kept bothering me about test driving the vehicle. All of this to fall short on working a deal with my pre-approval from a lender. I won’t be coming back.

I went to see the new Atlas Cross Sport and to see what deal I could get. It was a Saturday and they were extremely busy. It was kind of chaos! The sales representative called me on my way to the dealership and said he was expecting me and he was looking forward to it. So I got there and first question he asked was If I give a great deal, can I win your business? That’s not how you wanna get a sale done! He showed me the car and when I asked questions about the features, either he didn’t know or he wasn’t in the mood of telling me. We go back to the desk and I ask him what is the best deal you can offer? He then showed me the website and told me this is as best it can get. If people can get the best deal from a website, why bother going to the dealership? You can do everything online these days! Then he said, I will give you some time to think on this. He kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes, without following up! So I left the dealership because of this unprofessional behavior! He didn’t even call me back to follow up. So next time we talked on the phone (I called him back to let him know about the unprofessional behavior), he told me he was busy with another customer at the time and that’s why he was gone for so long!!!!! He did not even apologize!!! I would give it a zero star if I could! I would say the dealership management is at fault here too. It is not only the sales person. Anyways, long story short, I took my business to Clay Cooley Park Cities and got a great deal for the new Atlas Cross Sport. I am never going back to Clay Cooley VW Richardson!
