These guys are fantastic!! They did a very swift and professional inspection of my tire looking for the cause of the slow leak. They found that it was a stem that wasn’t tightened down enough. They were done in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me for that service. I know where I’m bringing my vehicle to whenever I need service from now on!!!

Trustworthy? Perhaps. Competent? Not so much. I came into Heinley’s two weeks ago with a power steering issue. They we unable to diagnose the problem, so they topped off the fluid and directed me to drive around for a week or so and return, thinking they might be able to see a leak the next time. Upon returning with the same issue, I was told they were again unable to find a leak. They asked me to give it another week, but before leaving I asked that they show me the area under the hood I should be watching (I’m not very mechanically inclined). Upon popping the hood, I noticed fluid all over place. Their reaction? “Wow. Looks like we will need to replace the pump.” ($800). The next day—same issue (same noise, same splatter). My wife’s coworker, who is not a technician but obviously more mechanically inclined than me, immediately noticed a bad weld on a metal tube coming from the power steering pump. He advised that this was likely the issue. I took it back to Heinley’s where they confirmed that they could fix the problem by simply replacing that tube with a new hose. Problem solved. Heinley’s refunded half of the $800 I spent on the pump. I appreciate this, but I don’t think this makes up for the gross incompetence or the fact that I’m out $400 for a mere hose. I also missed hours of work taking the car back and forth. I won’t be returning to Heinley’s.

Excellent service, they changed my oil and had an inspection in less than an hour
