the very first time I came to the storeI was looking for an item that they have on their website and the website gave a location but the item was not in that location. Since the first time I had this issue I’ve gone back a couple times and I usually look the item up on the website even if I’ve already found it just to see if it’s in the right location and it isn’t usually. This place is a warehouse, how the heck do they know what their inventory is if the stuff isn’t in the correct location? This is an easily fixable problem, the people are still very nice, the location is great, and it’s clean, so I’m still giving it three stars but I’m baffled by how hard it is to find items.

During these rolling blackouts and no firewood to be found – I knew Home Depot had all kinds of wood, so I checked them out: thankfully their stocked shelves and team came through with wood that we could burn safely in the fireplace to keep us warm. Really appreciate y’all!
