Went in to try out a piece of office furniture and then buy it. All was well until the sales person(young male) decided to ring me up. Upon paying for it-while he graciously helped me take out my boxed furniture- I asked him why I was charged an extra $21.63 (with tax). He states, In order to get the promotional offer, I have to charge that amount. It’s the only way to get the promo price. Trust me it’s good. After further review of the receipt, the sales guy tacked on an extended warranty on my purchase without asking me! Are you that desperate to make your commission?? If so, let me know ahead of time and I will tip you $20, instead of you trying to swindle me by deceitful sales tactics; which are not ethical nor appropriate. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location. When I went back in a few minutes later, my sales person wasn’t there. The young woman- while friendly- advised me that he shouldn’t have added that on. She turns to the woman next to her (apparently the store manager) and immediately signed off to return the extended warranty charge and apologized. Hire people with integrity and professionalism. And if these types of sales people are that desperate, l suggest perhaps, increase their wages and don’t push so hard for commission based warranty sales! If that still doesn’t work then don’t hire them in the first place! FYI- I do NOT recommend this establishment. Thanks for helping me lose trust in your business practice and your people!

5-1-2021 (10:15 am). Employee playing on her cell phone.This is the 2nd time I’ve come to get a 12×20 scanned. Last time I was told itd be an hr wait. There was a big order. This time i come early, im told it will be 20 min the scanner wasnt up and running. I wait. Gentleman walks up, Employee says his request cant be done today there’s a big order working. Gentleman says he’ll pick up Mon.Employee goes back to playing with phone. 20 min later I’m told there’s something wrong with the scanner it will be an hr. One of two things either your equipment is shiesty or your employee. I went to Office Max and it was done in 5 min.
