I’m giving it a 4 star because they have had good service and the furniture has looked nice. I’m now having my 3rd table sent to me because the others have had problems. 1st table- leg was slightly rotated and had a gap that didn’t line up with the other legs. After inspecting it.. The wood was cut wrong and it was missing a screw from the hole. The 2nd table- All the legs fit just fine but when I went to go spread the table to put the leaf in.. A piece of the wood started to rip from my shirt and the end corner of the wood looked painted over. I’m hoping this next table has none of these problems and that our entertainment doesn’t have this problem either.Conclusion- Yeah I could of just gotten over the leg but I wanted my table to be perfect for the money that I spent. Didn’t want to walk by the table knowing it had a slight problem. Saddlers is doing everything they can to make it right. I’ll up my star if our entertainment center comes in good and the 3rd table gets delivered without a problem.

We came in to buy just a coffee table and left with an whole bed set as well as the table lol our sales rep was Kelly Duffy in our conversations she had mentioned she had been there for many years and her knowledge and experience definitely showed. She gave us the info and something we appreciate even more the space to make our decisions. after we made our decision on what we wanted she worked quickly and got us out without having to wait long for paper work. Highly recommend working with Kelly. We’ll be saving her card for our next purchase.

We were immediately greeted by Monty when we walked in. He let us wander and shop without pressuring us. We left and went to several other stores but came back for the set we liked at Sadlers. Monty greeted us again and showed us back to the set we liked previously. He is an Army Vet and a great, no-pressure salesman. We got exactly what we wanted and we will be back next time we need anything. The sale and paperwork only took 5 minutes. We are very happy customers.
