We were not greeted when we walked in and stood in the store for 2 minutes. After we walked up to the desk, we were told to go wait at a table and pick out what we wanted to rent. After waiting for about 45 minutes at the table with nobody approaching us and three other customers being attended to that walked in the store after us, we decided to leave. It was a terrible experience and terrible customer service. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
