My family and I were shopping for a couch for my first apartment and could not find anything due to the pandemic and shipping. I found a couch at their store that was perfect and the perfect price. Unfortunately they accidentally sold that couch which had a chaise. They had the same couch without the chaise and moved heaven and earth to try to get me the missing parts from the chaise but unfortunately they weren’t able to just order the part but made up for it with an ottoman. Their extra effort to correct their mistake made up for everything. Great staff and selection and prices! Amber was a great help.

Usually I love this place and the woman I dealt with who helped me find my couch was amazing, I think her name was Carol. My couch was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, I called that week on a Tuesday to see what time it was coming to discover it was backordered for over a month. Nobody called to tell me. To make it worse I was really needing a couch because of an upcoming surgery, I have to sleep on it. The man who I spoke to on the phone told me I could come in and choose a couch, which I didn’t want any couches they had there which is why I ordered one. I got there and when he came up to me told me they only had one sectional in and that is what I wanted so I had to get it. Of course it was more expensive and he wouldn’t give me any kind of discount to make it better. I can understand it’s not their fault it was backordered, but they could have called to tell me. What if Thursday came and I was sitting around waiting for it? And to not give me any kind of discount for that mess, I don’t think that was right.
