Got a new set of tires and the pricing was decent. The customer service is average and could be improved, which is a disappointment because I had heard great things about them and that was the reason I chose them. Was surprised by an extra charge at check out for something I would have done myself if I had been advised of the charge when I left the car with them.

Very strong, knowledgeable customer service at this shop with good mechanics! I’ve been taking my trucks here for 4 years now and they’ve always done excellent work. Prices are comparable for Fairbanks shops. Pricey, yes, but what isn’t in Alaska?
