Bob’s customer service and knowledge are top notch! He drove over 2 hours, each way, to bring us a part for the heater in our RV. Before that (over the phone) he helped us figure out exactly what we needed. Not only was his charge extremely reasonable but he called back quickly (some others didn’t return our call at all). Bob showed up right on time, fixed my nightmare of a black tank issue in fifteen minutes and then was very helpful with repairing my city water inlet (what took me hours trying to fix took him five minutes) and then replaced all of my supply line connections with flare it connections in no time and for a very reasonable price. He also gave me a lot of great advice that will help me make it through the winter. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fair!

Started out in Colorado and this was the first trip out in the rv. Well once i got into Dalhart i put in water and turned on pump amd noticed toilet was leaking called bob and he returned my call pretty quick. It was late Friday night and he didn’t have the parts. Since texas had the big freeze it was hard to find parts, Saturday i called family camping rv and they had the part called bob and told him i found a part and within a half an hour bob met me and fixed my toilet. What a life saver he was – highly recommend
