TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was driven to do business with this company out of a previous positive experience at an Oklahoma branch. But I would NOT recommend the State Line Boulevard branch to anyone! Beware, you will be treated as a criminal from the get go. And Don’t you dare ask a question, if you don’t understand. The African American lady will make sure you don’t dare ask another one! Value yourself as a customer. There are multiple other agencies in the Texarkana area that offer the same service with a better attitude.

it was bad, very arrogantmanager and for some reason treats my husband and I badly . were an older couple ,if he likes you u , you a better price . for us it was no for others it was yes. I layed away the ring anyway. will we continue to spend there no. other local businesses are more respectful. as we were leaving he said something to the other workers and they chuckled .we felt humiliated.
