The Walgreens in aHueytown did not have any flu shots for under 65 so they suggested Midfield so I called and after being put on hold someone answered and I asked if they had the flu shot for under 65 and she said yes so I said I was on my way and would see her in a few minutes. 5 minutes later I arrived at 1:15 and went to the pharmacy and after she checked my information she went and checked with the pharmacist and informed me the pharmacist was going on break and asked if I could come back at 2. Pharmacist for Walgreens go on lunch at 130 not sure why it would have taken her more than 15 min to stick me woth a needle. Regardless CVS directly across the street took care of me and I was I be and out in 10 minutes. There is so much competition in this market you would think pharmacies would appreciate the customers. Will be my last strip to midfield Walgreens. CVS Rocks!!

Today, Aug. 26, 2020 was my first visit to the store. I knew that it was a fairly new store, I parked and exited my vehicle and was Shocked at the condition of the grounds and parking lot. It appeared unkept, all types of paper debris that had been blowned there by the wind for weeks. Numerous masks and a huge gauze bandage covered with blood discarded outside. I was there to drop off a package for FEDEX pickup and the inside of the store to me looked clean and orderly. While there I went to the restroom and was appalled, !! feces !! were smeared onto many surfaces in there. It was just before 6:00pm and it seems that no one was assigned to care for it or no one wanted to address it. A drug store should not allow this to be.

The worker are not helpful in made sure prescription is right, do not answer questions,and very rude.I will not go here again.
