There has never been a time when shopping at this location and the experience wasn’t pleasant. The staff that i had the pleasure of meeting was very respectful, kind, and helpful which is a plus when you are spending your hard earned money. Thanks Marshall staff.

I’ve always loved this location. The employees have always been warm and friendly. Today was our first visit in awhile and multiple employees were rude to me and my kids. My son had found a toy that was already open and began playing with it. An employee asked if he was my child and I said yes. She proceeded to take the toy from my kid and HIDE IT FROM HIM. We actually wanted to buy the toy and I kept trying to tell her we wanted to buy it and she IGNORED ME. I had follow her and then search for where she hid the toy in the toy section. I’m just shocked that there wasn’t even a conversation. She just ignored me. I get that it’s annoying if kids are just destroying the toy section but that’s not what was happening. Really disappointed. It’s one thing to be rude to me but to be rude to a 4 year old is unacceptable.
