Shopped on a Monday at about 3 pm. The store was not busy. There were at least 8 people working but it was next to impossible to get someone to bring me shoes in my size. The 3 people at the register “couldn’t go in the back.” Two more were putting cloths on hangers so they couldn’t help. The 3 people working the floor would disappear into the back for 10 minutes at a time. It was absurd, and in sharp contrast to other stores in the mall where someone greets you at the door.

It’s hard to beat the customer service at this store. I walked in, got fitted, was given a pair of new socks, paid, and walked out wearing my new shoes in a little over 5 minutes. Efficiency at its best. Thanks for helping out, Julian.

I went to get basketball shoes for my son today. This is the height of Covid-19. Most of the guys that assist customers had masks on only half way not covering their noses when talking up close with customers. When I was at the register a young associate name Scaturro came close right behind me with the mask not covering his nose no more than 2 feet from me just to chat with a female cashier. I pointed to him that he should cover his face. He would not. I told him to step away from me. He would not. He just laughed and said it was funny. Not coming to this store again.
