Wow I see alot of bad comments about a lady that treated people bad. The last time I came hear the white lady told me the place was closed and shut the door in my face. She really was an ahoe but I bought a cap today and the three guy working hear gave me great service.. thank u guys.

Very bad experience there. Today 10-23-2020. I was looking to buy a special gift for my husband and a very rude lady yelled at me that when I asked for help, I told her if she could be a little nice and she told me if I didn’t like that there is the door leave!!!!. I told her, you work for customer service you can have a better attitude. Grapevine Mall is the best option if you need to engrave your cap.
