Went shopping for tile to redo a small bathroom. Spent almost 2 hours picking through open boxes to find everything I liked they didn’t have enough of. Customer service and management were extremely rude and unhelpful

Glenville Lowes had a gas oven in stock for our cottage. The associates there, were extremely helpful and had us on our way , even though business was brisk, in about 15 minutes.

Customer service here is good, got help with the questions we needed help answering. Only 2 things that I would have changed to give this place 5 stars was that it seemed extremely hard to find anyone that was working there to get the help we were looking for a good 5-10 minutes for #1. #2 when we got to what we were looking for someone who worked in the department we were in to get what we needed was rather pushy about buying some high end stuff that was completely not what we needed or wanted. Other than that, found what we were looking for thanks to the first guy (sorry didn’t catch his name – but thank you!).
