The staff were great. I’m sorry that I didn’t catch y’all’s names, but they were great.The store was busy on a hot Friday evening. And the staff was keeping up with the orders and didn’t show a single bit of being stressed.

The service is good. I never feel judged for taking home a custom mix of ice cream for binge night and or biweekly consumption. I’ve never gone and had an issue with getting the flavor or toppings I wanted, and the staff is usually friendly. Typically the customers there when I’m there are people 20 years old or younger and in groups of 2-5, so it can be a bit of a wait. But you always get service, and no one’s ever rude.

Friendly staff, customer service can be faster to avoid long wait. I had the strawberry mango banana sorbet, taste great with raspberry fruit topping! Long lines at 9pm at night. Wish they could corporate some local flavors.
