If you are going to Lowe’s you are going for something specific. It is always clean, & the young man that helped me: was helpful on another level! As I get older I have become more observant. People, & Respect are something We Owe Each Other:As Human-Being’s. It feels like that simple kindness is less, & less. So when it’s given, I Appreciate The Person, The Kindness, The Respect.I wish I could thank the young man again but, Thank You Lowe’s for hiring him!

As new home owner you would imagine you can trust a company like Lowe’s to reliable and really strive for great customer service. This location has shown the worst experience i’ve ever had at store. The store instructs you that they will give you a call the night before and the day of for a delivery for your time slot. When I bought my washer and drier they never called me or updated on my delivery, so because I missed the drop off I had to wait 4 days for my appliances to get delivered.This same exact thing happened the later the week when I was supposed to have my refrigerator delivered. I never received an update call from the store about my delivery time slot.I missed the delivery but because I was in need of a fridge, I instructed the delivery men to place the fridge in my back yard and I would bring it in. They informed me the store would be able to send someone to assist me if I needed help. When I called the store later that day, they told me they wouldn’t send anyone to help me. I asked if I could borrow a dolly to help move the fridge and they refused.While I was inspecting my fridge I noticed large dents on the side and when I called to have them take the fridge back and bring me a new one, they stated they would not do a swap. I had to wait 3 days for them to pick up the damaged fridge, and another day for them to send me a new one.3 days go by and the delivery men come to pick up the damaged fridge, but again I did not receive any calls about next day delivery time slot. So this time I call them, to get the information. But to my surprise, they stated there was an error with my order and my fridge couldn’t be delivered the next day, but that I would have to wait 2 more days. Again, I am a new home owner, I need a fridge in my house.I called and asked to speak to a manager and as I am speaking to the manager he hangs up and doesn’t answer or return my callsThis place is full of very incompetent people who really don’t care about their jobs.

Avoid at all cost. horrible customer service. They will lie to you on the phone and in-person just to get you out of their hair.Said they would not charge me for an item due to stock misplacement on their end. Lie. They charged me.Asked them to reverse charge. They said they did but it would take up to a week to post. Lied again.ended going to another store just to avoid this location
