Bought a refrigerator, and paid for delivery the next day. I was also told that I would get a call when they were on their way to deliver. It’s past the time window they said they would deliver. I haven’t received a call. I called the number on the receipt, and no one is answering.Update: They finally showed up with my refrigerator after 1 p.m. There still was never any call to tell me that they were going to be late, or that they were on their way. Since they were so late they brought me a free microwave…..I DON’T NEED OR WANT A MICROWAVE!! In fact I’ve been trying to get rid of extra stuff I don’t need lately! The guy who delivered it acted like I didn’t have a choice in whether I wanted to take the microwave or not. Nice gesture, but I would have rather just had my refrigerator on time or at least gotten a call if they knew they were going to be late!….. Which by the way they did know they were going to be late! When I did finally get ahold of somebody, they said that the truck had been slowed down by a train…. How long does it take for a train to pass? Maybe 10 minutes at the most?I’ll give them a thumbs up for their low prices, and friendly staff at the store. But the customer service when it comes to delivery is awful! I raised my reading 1 star because they do have low prices and at least they were friendly….
