From my understanding a customer walked in and asked for a tool to replace their fuel filter. They said their was no such tool then proceeded to tell the customer to look on YouTube. The customer then told them they had and and said they required a special tool they again started to argue with customer and said no. From my understanding the customer left walked right into auto zone asked the same question and the clerk handed right to them.Furthermore, from my own personal experience they never go out of their to ask customers for help they let the customers come ask them I would not go here.~the eye sees all
