Poor customer service. I went to have some blueprints and renderings printed the other day and was fairly disappointed by the experience. I arrived right at 9am when they opened along with two other customers. We were standing in line for at least ten minutes before anyone started helping us. The young black lady that helped me was very friendly and professional. But she was the only employee that was helping customers get prints. There was a line of around 8 people at this point and the other employees didn’t seem to be doing much. Then there was an issue getting my blueprints done and the quality of the prints came out poorer than I expected. I was waiting for an hour to get these done. Throughout that whole process the only time I saw the other employees doing anything productive was when the black lady asked them for help. The cherry on top was I had to pay over $200 for this. I don’t plan to return to this location in the future.I’ve worked customer service, I know what kind of work it is and I am incredibly patient with workers because I know what it’s like to be on the other side of a rude customer. But this managed to rub me the wrong way. Had I not already paid for these prints I would have walked out after 20 minutes to look for another place to print.

You wait 15 minutes after signing in and then they let people go in front of you.but worse than that the manager didn’t even bother calling for help while his people were just filling shelves with stock rather than bringing them over to help people 6 deep in line.Area managerCheck the tape look at the video timeline and watch how he sees people piling up and piling up and how they waited on people out of turn
