Walked into mattress firm in Parkchester and was nicely greeted by Gabriel. He definitely had his hands full trying to accommodate my bed preference along with my husbands bed preference. He did a great job tackling our concerns and questions and steered us into the right direction, not to mention he allowed us to try out as many beds as we were so particular in what we needed. The only disappointing thing was we couldn’t leave with our bed same day. It’s actually going to take a little over a month but we are anxiously waiting!!

I am very disappointed in my purchase. I ordered a bunkie board on 1/22/21 at their East Ave location. The transaction was made by Sales Rep: Taiyanis Brown. She guaranteed the pick up date to be 1/25 , which she said is the soonest I can get it and it will be a pick up. I told her about my urgency for this purchase and was promised a call on 1/25. I called towards the end of the day after getting no calls. I was told by another sales rep that there is no pickup today and they are expecting the shipment in their warehouse by 2/1/21….There is no guarantee or date as to when I will receive it….I would not have been so upset if they made this disclaimer when I made this purchase that there is no guarantee when I will get it…I just wish they were honest about the delivery date.

My Father and I made some purchases at this establishment. The gentleman who assisted us was named Gabriel, he was very professional, friendly, and clean cut. The delivery guys were extremely fast with removing of the old beds and replacing the new ones. Literally, they were done within 20 minutes and it may have been even faster than that. I later found my Cat was missing, come to find out she was still in the box spring removed from my home. The delivery drivers were nice enough to return my Great baby girl, Bastet. The Family is very pleased with this company and their movers. Two thumbs all the way up, the prices were great, mattresses are so comfortable and everyone is extremely helpful and kind, including customer service.
