My Cavalier received a sporty hair cut and she look marvelous. The groomer Richard did an excellent job and the Assist Manager was very good about going over our needs. We did find it a bit pricey and the Salon could us a good cleaning, but overall I would recommend then

I have been using Petsmart for grooming for many years. I don’t know what’s changed, the company or the staff, but they don’t seem to want to groom dogs anymore. I scheduled my small Havanese mix dog for a groom for today 6/3/21 at 1:00pm at the Rim. Upon arriving the groomer started assessing his coat. She was looking for matting on his tail snd ears. She found a small patch of matting on his ears and said I would have to have the tangled removed by a Vet before they would be able groom him. WHAT?! Isn’t that what a dog groomer is for?! That’s not a Vet’s job. LOL! Sure said Petsmart Policy has become more strict and this was a new rule. I told her it was completely ridiculous and would just find a new groomer. At 4:30pm I received a text alert that I had opted out snd would no longer receive text alerts from Petsmart. Seems like someone changed something in my profile. I’m really disappointed. The young man was also very rude when greeting me. The woman in front of me on line decided to look at something in the store and told me I could go ahead. When he opened the door to greet the next customer he said, “excuse me ma’am, she was next, we are getting her dog. We’ll be right with you.” I tried to explain that she walked away and told me to go ahead, but he closed the door. Ugh! Just bad customer service all around. However, the woman greeting at the register was very nice and even helped hold my dog leash while I put on my mask to enter. 🙂
