Worst experience ever. Sent a $ 500 Zodiac watch less than two years old for repair. I had received the watch as a gift less than two years ago. Was quoted $ 150 USD to repair it. I provided the original invoice as proof of purchase. I called the call center at least 5 times over a period of eight weeks because i kept getting emails asking me to accept the quote. TODAY….eight weeks later I get an email saying they cancelled my repair and are returning my watch. It’s disgusting and disgraceful. I will NEVER EVER purchase another Fossil product again. Buyers beware.

Would give zero stars if I could. I tried to order on-line and they don’t even know what is in stock. I called costumer service, that was one of the worst experiences of my life.
