Very friendly and helpful attendants. Came here for initial “diagnosis” when car had an issue and technician helped me get car back in temporary shape and gave me all the info I needed for next steps even though I didn’t know yet if I’d be able to bring my car in for complete repairs and if my insurance would pay. The service guy’s advice also helped me figure out a way to get my insurance to pay for car repair and the best part was it was a no-fault claim so I only had to pay the minimum deductible without it going on my record. The temporary fix also help hold my car together till I could go through insurance and actually take my car in for repairs. Would definitely recommend this location! Also very convenient because right off the freeway and close to where I work.

Before I went to Service King, I stopped at 2 other places. One place told me they were three months out to fix my car, and another place told me they didn’t do major repairs. However, once I got into Service King, someone came and greeted me while I was parked in my car and explained the process to me. About 10 minutes later I was driving off their lot in my rental car. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. My car looks like nothing ever happened. They were quick, professional and their customer service is great.
