A very helpful employee took my order and I was so delighted they were going to be able to do a birthday cookie for my freshman away from home. But the large rectangle cake I ordered with chocolate and white heavy icing somehow was a round cookie with red and white skimpy icing. And misspelled name. Come on folks!

I can’t figure out how to upload a picture but whoever did the unicorn on my daughters cookie cake at the Tuscaloosa location needs a raise…… it was phenomenal!

The customer service has been TERRIBLE on multiple occasions.I put an order in a week early and the employee was VERY rude and made several remarks about how early i was placing it and that more than likely my $50 order would get lost.Hopefully the Northport location will be under different management so we wont have to visit here again….
