Odd that this particular location doesn’t cut steak to order like all the rest. Still, great meal! I also enjoyed their house margarita and a strawberry daiquiri. Wasn’t too busy but I was hungry n choose to sit at the bar. Bartender Bart was very attentive n quick. I highly recommend coming here. Also, there are prize give aways this week…. gotta have Manager open mine today.

I WOULD give all 5 stars. Normally this place is amazing, has great atmosphere, employees and food. But this weekend I got the worst service I’ve received in a long time. Not only did our server mess up our orders ( didn’t put in drink orders, said I didn’t order my steak and my potato the way I did, as well as 2 others at the table). He also after only 2 beers, when asking for a 3rd told 2 of us you need to wait, till maybe your food comes before another beer mind you we had been there 40 minutes at this point. We ordered the 3rd beer cause the 1st 2 took 15 minutes to get each. His condescending attitude is enough ill go elsewhere for a while. Deven was by far the worst server I’ve had in a long long time. Read my other reviews, I give credit where it is due. This guy needs to be working in the back. Not with the customers. We were patient as can be with the way everything is going. But his attitude has turned us off Texas roadhouse for a long time.

Ordered online. Order was missing my son’s food completely. We got no rolls at all. The potatoes were supposed to be loaded and were not. We got 6 sides we did not order instead of what we actually ordered. I understand we ordered during a busy time, but after waiting over 2 hours, I expected our patience to be rewarded by actually getting what we paid for.
