This location is amazing, Chris and Chris O were outstanding. They were very patient and answered all my questions. The customer service they provided to my husband and I was again outstanding. The store was very organized and very clean. I absolutely love this location and I highly recommend it. They guys were very knowledgeable and made very good recommendations in regards to my device purchase. Overall their customer service was thorough and fun we had a great time talking about other phones coming out and different speakers. This is the location to come to if your looking for people to spend the time with you and not just get you in and out. Thanks Tmobile and thank you Chris & Chris O, keep up the great work.

Never ever come to this location even if it’s near home. There were 3 associates and few customers line up. Instead of having things done, they all go and talk to one customer and left everyone behind. That is unacceptable and I won’t come to this place again for sure.
