Let me start by saying I have been a customer for app. 20 years, you have always had the best service. However I have been the Galveston location putting money on my card. You have an employee, Rosie, she mostly works on Saturday when I go in. I realize she is semi new but she, how do I say this, very sure of herself. She will repeat an action 3-4 times. I was there this morning took her one hour and a half to wait on a customer. This is not the first time, one time it took her 5 times to count out 1000.00.
