Great store, the prices are higher than at some grocery stores but it’s like that at every Publix. And like all other Publix stores, they have a huge selection of produce. It’s so fresh and pretty. Customer service is really nice at this location.

This pharmacy used to be wonderful. Customer service has gone downhill, and their attitude even worse. They now don’t notify you if your doctor denies a refill and requests you contact them to discuss. Apparently, you’re supposed to just get annoyed and after a few days miraculously KNOW to call the pharmacy to find this out. Wasted time waiting. Then I told the person I would be moving to a new pharmacy because of this shoddy experience (one of many, but the last straw). She said, That’s fine! This is where I used to get all of my groceries. Clearly Publix doesn’t care. I’m not only moving pharmacies, I will now shop elsewhere for everything. Bye Publix.

My granddaughter needed some medication filled. The pharmacy not only didn’t have it in stock, but didn’t bother to order the medicine since she’s on Medicaid and they said it wasn’t covered, come to find out it IS COVERED and assumed we wouldn’t buy it at cost. In addition they didn’t call to inform us of their decision. My granddaughter has had to suffer because of their incompetence. Never going back to this pharmacy or STORE again! I honestly believe this pharmacy does not have the customers’ best interests at heart and are in it for their own gain. Doctors take an oath to do no harm, guess pharmacists at Publix don’t take an oath!
