Very bad service from the cashiers and the manager

Their staff is attentive and service oriented. Bilingual. Very reasonably priced items. Do t take your drink in with you…they don’t like that.

The store itself is fine. It’s overpriced for what it is, and the layout and lighting are bad, but it’s a thrift store. What can you do?The main point I want to address and what made me write this review was the treatment I saw an employee receive from the manager. There was a small issue regarding a missing tag, and the manager – a large, blond woman named Angela – blew it so out of proportion I thought it was a joke at first. Her unprofessional behavior and abusive tone and language, not to mention the volume, towards the employee and in front of customers was strange and out of place in a retail environment. It made customers uncomfortable and was an ugly and inappropriate outburst lasting several minutes. The language Angela used towards the employee was unacceptable in any setting, much less a business, and it was unsettling to watch. There are thrift stores with better prices and atmosphere, and no incidents like the one that occurred, and shoppers would be better off patronizing them.

I’ve been going here since it was located in downtown McKinney – years and years ago. You can always find something here, but the staff are typically rude & unhelpful. the prices have gone up over the years as well. Clothing used to be $.50 – $1 but now it averages $4-$6 for normal items. I still go here though when I’m in the area
