Very rude owner. We went to trade in a bike for my daughter because hers got stolen and this one was way too big for her. It was a nice $600-$700 bike barely used. My husband started to tell him how our daughters bike got stolen and he immediately just says I don’t want it. Didn’t even care at all, and that’s fine if he didn’t want it but he didn’t have to be rude and heartless in front of our daughter. My husband asked if he could do a trade because our daughter found a bike she liked in there. He said I’ll give you $75 off that bike and it’s $500 (for a kids bike!!) He was so rude, overpriced the kids bike and only cared about his buddies up there who were about to go on a ride on their bikes. We ended up finding a nicer kids bike at academy for $100. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Went to this bike shop looking for a new bike for myself. We were greeted when we entered but that was it. I knew what I wanted and when I asked if they had this particular bike, I was told no and that those bikes were on backorder. The long haired guy basically told me to order it myself online. Okay! Cool! After reading these reviews I will go to the bike shop I found in Lubbock after the experience we had here to have any services done. Peyton’s doesn’t mean what it use to in this area.
