If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time going here. Go to an actual AT&T store, not this dealer of AT&T products. We had no idea this wasn’t an actual AT&T store. Super deceiving. We spent countless hours there transferring our service over from a different carrier. Then had to return the next day because our agreement/bill was incorrect in numerous places. On the 1st day there was told my ‘free phone’ would be delivered to me the next day (max of 3 days) because they didnt have it in stock. Now it is day 5 and I still have no phone. Unbelievable.

Far and away the best AT&T store I’ve ever been to. The three gentlemen that were there were incredibly responsive and helpful, letting me check out their personal phones to help make a decision. If you were going to The Rim or Boerne store, you’d be well served to check this one out. These guys are top notch.

Best customer service ever! Aaron was very understanding and sweet regarding my smashed phone. Although we were not able to get all the data he helped me get a new iPhone And get as much data as he could from my iCloud. Highly recommend this store compared to the RIM
