Absolutely hate the service from curb side, because they will 95% of the time run the basket into the back or sides of your car. On my old and NEW car I have nothing but dents dings and paint chips gone due to their negligence. I order big orders of water packs, dog food ect., it is completely not acceptable to have this as a repetitive issue. Paint and body is not cheap HEB so make sure you have your curbside employees including the managers ensure they do not hit the cars. It’s common sense! I will be inside my car waiting and hear the car get bumped as well as feel the impact inside the car. I’m currently picking up a order and a manager let the basket hit another car as well, my goodness! Not ok!!!!! Let them hold the basket with their foot, side, or hand. My car is not your bumper stop. I will go to higher ups and corporate for a claim on my paint and body if this isn’t fixed IMMEDIATELY.

People on floor -helpful, BUT IF U GET YOUR ITEM PACK. IT HORRIBLE. THEY DO NOT PAY ATTENTION IN WHAT IN WHAT BAGS,. Mind is ATTENTION to other employees. This happpen many times and even when I ask them to double it they do horrible job.
