The service here is excellent. Everyone knows where to find anything and everything. They take as much time as you need when assisting you. The prices are pretty reasonable and go from low to high, so everyone has decent options. They’ve got a pretty good selection of items and always seem to have the hottest new technology items available. The Geek Squad is also great and extremely helpful. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to fixing computers. You DO have to make an appointment in order to get help from the Geek Squad, but that’s ok. They are busy people for sure! I definitely recommend the Best Buy located in the Abilene Mall.

Always shopped at this store and enjoyed it until today. They vehemently refused to help me unless I put a mask on. Had I not been purchasing my wife’s mother’s day gift I’d have walked out and ordered online from another retailer. I will do just that in the future.
