12/22/20 I place an order for new boots had to pay in advance that was on 12/1/20 I called 12/19/20 for an update. They have yet to even order my boots just took my money and did nothing. 2 years ago I rated this store 5 stars but now the new employees don’t seem to care.2 years ago Caressa was very helpful in finding boots that would fit my oversized feet she was attentive and polite. She deserves a bump up on her pay.

I’ve been employed at Red Wing Shoes for almost 3 years. We would like to thank our loyal and understanding customers for their patience during this difficult time our country is experiencing. Aside from the COVID-19 pandemic, our company has suffered a nationwide system outage that led to our computer systems being shut down. The combination of these events has led to our products being on back order and the computer shutdown has made our normal procedures very difficult. From the Red Wing Staff in Mobile and Pensacola, we appreciate all of our customers and look forward to serving you’ll for many years to come!
