Hailey and Bailey are awesome! I had a negative experience at a different ups store and found myself driving 15 mins away to this UPS store and the employees there were extremely helpful and willing to assist. A problem that I had spent 3 days trying to solve, they solved in less than 5 mins. Great customer service!

Had the unfortunate experience of being helped by April. She refused to answer any of my questions or help provide me with any more than the minimum. The other person working the register was very happy and helpful to her customers. April was miserable and had a poor attitude. While I may use UPS in the future, I will certainly be going to a different location.
