I volunteered to do a fall-themed dog photo shoot for my friend’s start up TX Dog Magazine. That’s hard to do here in the summer. Well, I found a dog with a yellow raincoat and that’s when I knew… I must seek out a single red balloon. And where else do I find that balloon than Party City! When I entered, my nose was attacked with the sent of candy, which is a compliment, and I had to redirect myself back to the balloons. I told the girl at the counter I was looking for a single red balloon. I picked one out. Is this like an It thing? she asked. ‘Yes!’ I told her. Then you’re going to want the other red balloon because that one is too shiny.She inflated the balloon she suggested I get and it was perfect. I will definitely go back whenever I need a single red balloon.
