Stopped in with no appointment. We were traveling from Ohio to New Mexico. Our dometic refrigerator stopped working on propane. It would light go out and then relight. Joe came right out to look at it on a cold and windy day. He checked everything propane pressure, possible oil in the propane and cleaned it up. It was determined it was a circuit board. He called dometic. They confirmed. He of course didn’t have a board but he spent an hour of his time to help someone who is not a customer. My local dealer was called. Dometic says 6 weeks to get one

I was in need of a plug for my generator. Checked several different places and Bill’s was only place to have one. 30 amp twist lock to 50 amp 4 prong adapter. 50.00 and some change. Bill’s had it so it’s either pay the price or go packing. I am grateful they had it but thought price was little on high side. Friendly service. Parking with my trailer was on side of road.
