Purchased a used vehicle. Right now with covid used vehicles are up in price and we did over pay. Living 3 hours away we need a reliable vehicle. After getting home and changing the oil found 1 major components broken that if had issues while driving home would have caused a serious accident. We all understand business but talking with the General Manager who had no remorse and had no experience with mechanics of a vehicle, unwilling to try to do anything is very disappointing if not just wrong and bad business. We Had the services department look it over and refused to use the warranty for repairs and stated that we, after 1 week, made these issues. With photo evidence any experienced master mechanic its clear to see that this was not done in 1 week. General Manager David Billman, after evidence and proof declined to hold the warranty in place. It seemed he had a personal vendetta against us instead of being a General Manager. Disappointing and unsafe place to go.

The best car buying experience EVER! We live in Fairbanks, so I called the dealership and was connected with Logan. He was always available to answer questions through text or phone. We decided to fly to Anchorage to test drive the vehicle and Logan offered to pick us up at the airport. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle and the entire process was less than 2 hrs. We had to fly back the same night and Logan was nice enough to drive us back to the airport (we’re getting our beamer shipped home). I definitely recommend Logan and BMW of Anchorage!
