Ive had incredible luck with Moates. As an out of state buyer you typically run into questions that most local buyers dont have. Simply because you cannot see the car first hand. Ive always ran into an issue that when I showed up at other places to pick up my nice new car, its never what I expected it to be. Thats not the case with Moates. The staff there has been extremely forth coming and honest when it comes to small things like dings and scratches on a car. This way when I arrive, I know what to expect.
