Awful experience. After exchanging my purchase I got in contact with the shop and asked them to exchange my order for a different size. I got a response right away and was told my size was put away for me as it was the last one. In fear of there being a mix up I reminded them to leave it aside for me so no one gets confused and sells it. Today I received the wrong the size. The size of my first order, in which I made it very clear that I was exchanging for a larger size. And of course, I see that my new size (what I was expecting to receive) is out of stock. Great job. Couldn’t have made more mindless and CARELESS mistake. Expensive pants. A waste of my time and money. I hope that they do something about this because this is just ridiculous.

Originally, I didn’t receive the merchandise I purchased from them. It took some back and fourth, and they eventually shipped it. I won’t say it was the best experience ever, but they do have nice things.I’ve changed my review from one star to three. Hopefully they’ll make up the difference by giving other customers great service. Again, they have nice things. I wish the experience was better, but stuff happens. 3/5 is fair.
