Everytime I’ve gone into Harbor Freight I’ve had a great experience. Now you’re likely gonna get up sold some things but the employees have never pushed anything and have never suggested I get something nonsensical to my purchase. Ex. Hey, I see you’re buying clamps, if you’re doing wood working and need some glue it’s on isle X.Beyond that, a person I know had a terrible experience at their Jasper location and when I talked to the manager, Bob, he was able to answer my questions regarding store policy on customer privacy and spent several minutes helping me.The tools there are indeed cheap, but for my use case, that just means that I can beat stuff up and not worry about breaking the bank on tools when I need a replacement.The team here is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provide great customer service and I enjoy being a regular shopper here.
