I just used Wild Rose for the first time and Leanne was so helpful. I received our first order already and have two more in the works. I am very pleased with the professionalism, patience and communication I received through the whole process. The last company we used, was not as patient, made many mistakes and took forever. Super happy I made the switch!!

They seem to be some very nice people. But if you’re looking to get some work done within a week may want to go somewhere else. I asked to have my name to be put on a shirt just nine letters they gave me a completion date of 14 days at the end of the 14 days it still wasn’t done. I also asked for a picture to be digitized to be embroidered on a shirt and they gave me a two week turnaround on the price. Other shops in Mesquite give you a 24 hour turnaround. And their prices are about $2.50 higher than other embroidery shops in Mesquite, to have my name put on my shirt was $10 what other locations only charge $7.50.

I can’t say enough about this shop, they were great. I needed to have a leather jacket embroidered for my colleague’s 60th birthday. Every embroidery store I called could not do it, but they could.I drove over an hour from Southlake to drop off the jacket. They turned the jacket around in less than a week and it looks GREAT. They also helped with the design and made some great suggestions regarding color and placement.I wish all businesses had this level of service.
