Car is great but if you’re picking up, you better have a TON of time in your hands… We were scheduled for a 3pm pick up and only got out of there at 5.. also, the car wasn’t even fully charged.. they know we’re from CT! Our rep was not knowledgeable about the whole process at all, although he was very nice.Other than that, the model 3 is awesome!!

They finally are starting to answer their phones.. About time… I will post again after I pick up my tesla roadster and let you know of my experience. The car better not be driven. I expect it to have 0 miles on it. I Don’t want anyone taking it out for pleasure rides. I’ll keep EVERYONE POSTED…

I had a great experience, I was very worried about taking delivery of my model Y from this location after reading all the reviews. I was in and out in no time. The process was very smooth my car was waiting for me clean and ready to go, My tesla advisor John was great. He got me my paperwork quickly and explained everything very well.
