Very disappointed in the service. We have ordered several times for birthdays/special occasions, each to be delivered to that person’s office. The last 3 times have been a disaster. The delivery driver is not delivering that day and going back to the store saying the person was not there or that the office is closed without attempting to deliver. This last time, we ordered from the website, the pictures show what was ordered and what we got. I will not waste my money again.

Came in to get a strawberry box for a close friend of mine. Girl told me the kitchen was closed. I was so disappointed. But before I walked out she said she would melt the chocolate and make me some really fast. She went above and beyond. So kind and helpful. Her name was Ember.
