Great service and great prices! In a time when it is almost impossible to find appliances in stock due to COVID, Plesser’s had exactly what I was looking for available in stock!! Every other store I contact said it would be a year before my stove would be available.

Just purchased an Electrolux French door refrigerator from Plesser’s. At the time of purchase I was told that the item would be delivered and completely installed with at the time of delivery. The delivery guys arrived on time however, stated that they do not have instructions to install the refrigerator, nor are they licensed to install appliances. I am quite disappointed about this fact because I would have ordered locally and had everything installed correctly and the water line connected to the refrigerator. They also refused to take the packaging from the refrigerator stating that this was not part of the silver glove package. Considering this I would have ordered from another company that provided the installation with the purchase which is what I was initially promised by the manager, Gene. Had this been done, they would have definitely earned a five star review.

I recently made my second purchase from Plesser’s, this time a Cafe french door double oven. This is a hard-to-get item, and all merchants including Plesser’s quoted a long delivery lead time: up to 12 weeks. I was willing to wait, and Plesser’s handled the order perfectly. They kept me up to date on the progress of the order, and never exaggerated or misrepresented anything. And their 12 week estimate was almost exactly correct! Add to this that Plesser’s prices are excellent. And customer service is extremely responsive and follows up/follows through. Our oven was perfect except it was shipped (by Cafe) with only 3 glide-out shelves instead of 4. Nyra Guest of customer service contacted GE on my behalf, secured their commitment to provide the missing rack, and checked several times to ensure it happened. You couldn’t ask for more! Customers should know that Plesser’s uses a third-party delivery service, at least for locations distant from their stores. The company does a good job, but it can take them a week or more to schedule your delivery. But that’s probably true with other merchants also. Highly recommend.
